Perfect base for traveling to Gatlinburg and exploring local places.

Also, I appreciated how decent the location was. I dined very close to the hotel at Cicis.

The time I spent there was really good. The staff were affable and helpful day and night. I thoroughly enjoyed that the room was non-smoking with a balcony.

All in all, it was convenient base for traveling to Gatlinburg. The location of the hotel was central, short walk to the shops and restaurants and shopping and the Great Smoky Mountains National park. The rooms were brand-new with a balcony, the staff were amiable!

I loved my 3 night stay. My standard queen room had television, a microwave oven and a writing table.

Wanted to explore Gatlinburg and this hotel was relaxing base for doing it. The rooms were with a balcony.

The room met needs well, excellent with a balcony. Its location was central, 600 feet from an iconic observation tower.

We loved hotel's staff and location. The venue was located near downtown and the parkway. Also, a stone-and-wood moonshine distillery was just a few steps away from the hotel.

The rooms where with a balcony, we truly enjoyed it.

The room was warm, the bed was cozy, the service was fantastic. Spent our evenings in nearby Salty Bear Raw Bar, especially when it was hot outside. Lovely interior, great restaurant. Wonderful drinks, great wifi were a nice surprise.

The staff are excellent, and the breakfast is fine. It is found in a secure area. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Cicis, set within 5 minutes walk or so, thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Everything was good, the parking was onsite, the room was brand-new. The hotel had a central location and it was easy walk to Marketplace.

Characterful base for discovering Gatlinburg. We appreciated the continental breakfast. This hotel was in a safe area.

We had the best stay, so no complaints. The reception was excellent and neat. The bedrooms were comfortable.

The hotel was budget and tidy inside, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was compact and individual. A wide range of eggs, sausages, cereals, fresh fruit and cookies at breakfast. Amazing service and attention to detail, genuinely friendly staff.

Hotel is absolutely incredible as I expected, best possible location, fantastic rooms. Good choice of supplies in the room: terrace, coffee and hairdryer.

Our room was basic double, the staff were exceptionally attentive, panoramic location. Enjoyable breakfast, first-class service. Exceptional view of cathedral. Loved the access to the public beach, located near the hotel. The salad bar was great and the drinks were cold.

This hotel was attractive, it provided exceptional service, and the rooms were impeccable. Strategic location, though the area was abandoned. Perfect view, a great balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Best thing was how delightful the staff were.

Non-smoking and compact rooms, light breakfast, funny staff. Excellent drinks at night bar, special service. Besides, there was fast wifi, had no problem with it.

The folks working here were cheerful and we truly enjoyed its riverside location. Found in a good area. Btw, gatlinburg convention center was just a walk down to the hotel. It was a memorable stay, you could leave a car outside.

The room I booked definitely could have been was n't cleaned one day.

It was as expected, had a REAL GOOD stay. Not rude staff, fantastic location, decent size and cool rooms. I got free upgrade and loved it. Pool was covered too.

Memorable stay, we had all essentials. Room had an amazing bathroom that we loved. Found in a nice enough area. Also, the village shops shopping mall was 1 mile away.

The hotel is an upgraded place with cheap rooms. Would come here again, I had a DECENT experience.

I loved this really quiet hotel, especially beautiful little rooms and superior location. The food was healthy, with lots of options. The bfast staff took care of me. The pool was heated and the views were exceptional!

The bathroom was clean and the staff was helpful! The peddler steakhouse, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel.

Fabulous base for a 3-night stay. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Really comfortable beds and pillows.
